I just got a notification that the I-130 of my parents have been approved. Currently researching on the next steps.

What a coincidence, I received a notification from USPS stating that the package was delivered at Chicago lock-box at 10:52 am this morning.  

 

Did you by any chance attach the Form G-1145(e- Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance)?. I wonder how long it will take for USCIS to send me a text/email.

Yes, I attached G-1145.. I think we may either receive the text/email notification by end of this week or early next week.. Even they got it today, they may not process right away, so we may wait for a few days

Our timeline:

 

CR1 Visa

June 10: Sent I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

June 13: USCIS received I-30 via dhl

June 18: NOA1 via text message

June 23: NOA1 via mailbox 

Service Center: Potomac

 

We sent form G-1145 (2 forms for me - beneficiary and for my hubby - USC petitioner) but we didn’t receive email from them. 

 

Waiting for NOA2.. fingered crossed.

I don't think they will send you the email. As long as you have the SRC#, email no longer matters.. Just waiting for the paper I-797 to arrive in mail. I think we won't hear anything from USCIS till end of the year or early next year.. Current processing time is 6-8 months to get approval from USCIS..

sent in an I-130 for adult child of US Citizen on Mon Jun 24 and received cellular receipt number for a WAC case. DO there forums have spreadsheets to track status?  Good luck everyone.
