My USCIS account says that my estimated time waiting is 5 months until then I am going to be outside for about 4 months until March 2019. How can I reschedule my appointment for so long time?

Am I allowed to do reschedule my appointment interview for at least 4 months or so?

You can't reschedule your interview if you still don't have one. Reschedule is only allowed once USCIS scheduled you for an interview.

Interview for what?  Where, etc... March 2019 is already passed...

We are not mind readers here, so please provide a bit more coherent information about what you are asking and fill out your timeline.

So the answer is essentially the same, until there is an actual interview scheduled there is not much you can do.

Like everyone's said,  you have to wait for the interview letter to request rescheduling.  I hope that you'll get your interview notification by October so that you won't have to deal with this issue.

That said, in case you get your interview letter while you're overseas,  below are 2 posts that might be helpful to you. It seems that you can tell them in your request that you're overseas until such date but can be back in this country by this date etc. This might be good but there had been some people who still encountered problems even though they followed the instructions regarding rescheduling. I also have no idea if USCIS will honor your request dates.

If you can delay your travel until January or later, that would have been better. It would be best though if you get that interview notification by October!
