I'm asking because I am not 100% certain my husband's visa was actually issued like the status says. What if it's some stupid glitch or something after the site was down for the updating of the DS 160 and 260? He was in AP for one week then the status changed to ISSUED the day after the application got updated. I feel like he's still in AP or something because we spoke to people who's visa was printed the same day his was and theirs were at Aramex within a couple of days. Yeah there were holidays that meant closings for the Casablanca consulate and Aramex but it didn't stop those other people from getting their visas quickly.

I guess the question is "Did they have the same Aramex office?"

can be one office is a goodly distance for delivery of the passport?

our friend in Alabama took almost a month from time of issued and printed to Aramex actually saying "it is here"

your wait is almost over so just be little more patient and don't buy any tickets yet

Congratulations BTW

It was allegedly printed 10 days ago.

The only way to check the status is on CEAC and all it says is "Issued" then the paragraph about the visa being printed and will be delivered or available for pick up "soon".

I think things have changed since you went through this process because people cant pick up their passports at the Casa embassy anymore. Only at Aramex. When he calls Aramex they just tell him the Aramex app will notify him when its in transit from the consulate to Aramex. I'm just wondering if it was printed 10 days ago, why is it STILL at the consulate? Did someone lose it? Is it sitting on someone's desk?  My husband talked with a woman on FB who's mothers visa was printed the same day and they received her passport I think the following Monday. I just don't understand.........

Aramex was the way things were done when we got the visa

But the computers were down (as often are for bad electric in Casa) so he had to go back for fingerprints and they had the passport ready that day
