Hi All,

 

Happy new week to all 🙂

I just stopped in real quick to give everyone a heads up. A friend of mine called me today from Texas to warn me about traveling out of the country for now, as it may be happening at random airports nationwide, immigration are turning people away at U.S ports of entries at different airports. She said that some of her husband's clients who are green card holders were sent back to their country of origination yesterday at some Texas airports, many of them were West Africans, no one knows the reason why, just that many people were put back on flights to take them back to wherever they were coming from yesterday. Please pay attention to the news and see if your airport is involved in this and ask around before making travel plans please. There is so much uncertainty right now, especially with the elections looming and census citizenship questions creating legal political battles, no one knows what this administration will do next. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up to do their due diligence before traveling out of the country, this just started yesterday.

Wow! We keep hearing lots of frightening news/stories! You sure they don't got some form of criminal record/history? Can't just be sending legal and law abiding residents back though!😏

I asked the same question too dear, but no, it doesn't seem like that at all. Among the people that were sent back from a Houston airport yesterday (I'm sure people who live in Houston will be able to call friends in their city to verify), I was told there were workers from Shell petroleum among them, so I'm not quite sure what is going on. I really suspect this whole census saga is triggering a lot of irrational actions, who knows? Well, I've done my bit, I'm not trying to scare people, just trying to pass on legitimate information that was passed on to me, just as a heads up so we're all aware of what's going on around us, better safe than sorry, right?

Hello people. I want to congrats all of you guys who got approved 🎉🎉

 

 It really makes me happy everyday when i see new approvals.

 

i work almost everyday 10-11 hours long. i usually don t have time to even rest. But i am a silent reader. I read most of them.

 

I got another update on my case today under I-765 is saying that " New card is being produced " 

 

And it says they will mail it to me.

 

But i got my work authorization under c31 category on May 30,  2019 from i-360 .

 

It kind of confuses me what kind of card is this? I would be greatly appreciated for any input.

Hi, and thanks! 😊 can we have a little insight into your timeline...I don't remember precisely but there's someone few days back, who said they got their c31 alert under 5months of applying..very unusual but exciting! 😀🙌 who knows what they are about to send you? Hmm! I765 is work authorization..so let's see what it turns out to be!👍

If they ask proof of bonafide marriage write a new affidavit mentioning the whole courtship, get affidavits from your family back home, affidavits from friends in the U.S and abroad as well, pictures, boarding pass etc.Explain to USCIS which documents you don't have and why not, such as lease agreement,utility bill, health and life insurance, car insurance, tax filed jontly, joint bank account etc...

I was asking you guys last week.On the beginging they approved my I-765 work authorization C09 and  last week got approved from I-360  work authorization c31.Would be nice to be explained the timeline as well ,very unusual for me too first he got approved of i-360 and after i-765 but if he/she can explain little bit more would be nice for us all😊

Still waiting i just see notification this morning that the card was mailed to me  and im expecting a call from the lawyer once he received because goes to him  and what he got to say.Once i got news guys i will inform here 😎😎

Hello folks. I received the email from USCIS on this morning. I guess my case was approved. I’m a male petitioner that based on mental abuse. So please don’t trust anyone who said vawa doesn’t work for male. I just want to thank to everyone who on this forum. Thank you for your selfless help to everyone.

Case received               01/12/2018

Received EAD card.     05/2018

Renewed EAD card      02/2019

Received EAD card      06/2019

i360:new card produced  07/10/2019
