Hello! I had a delay receiving my interview letter so by the time I got it in the mail was too late when I schedule my medicals. Tomorrow is my interview and I haven’t heard from the doctors office, they say probably they won’t be ready. They say usually take 4 to 7 days....

anyone had the same experience?

I never submit my medical in first instance because obviously they will be expired at the time of the interview.

Go to the interview as scheduled.  They will most likely hand you a 221g form and ask you hand deliver the medical exam the moment it is ready after the interview.  Be aware this may delay any visa approval, but timeframe would be unknown.

Should have submitted the oriignal medical reports/DS form with originally I-485 packet. While it may have expired during the AOS process, it was current most likely at original petition submission and those are still accepted generally. But regardless, go to the interview anyways as scheduled and see what happens.
