Hello Members

Just seen this online(below) and it brought about some concerns. Exactly how does this affect my wifes IR-1 process,

yes we have been married more then 2 years  and we are filling out the proper forms (130 + 184) at the moment to submit with in the next 2-3 weeks.

Is her interview and medical exam the same as always?

PS. this is my second go at relationship with a filipina first was back in 2002 K1 Fiancee.

It doesn't affect your asawa's petition at all. So please calm down. The only thing it would affect are the DCF filers.

From what I understand, it only affects those doing DCF through Manila's USCIS office.  IR/CR-1 processes and interviews done via the petition in the US will not be affected.
