Also, has anyone had their petition sent to CSC and then sent back to the local branch for an interview?

I have been on VJ a year and have never seen a case where once it is transferred to CSC, it being transferred over to a local branch for interview.

I don't remember seeing it happen either but I could have missed it. I just want to know if we're in the final stage or if there could be some other snag before the GC is ordered.

I am with Maria on waiting for the interview date... Washington DC has one of the slowest processing dates for AOS. :dance:

But still I am thinking if they really want a new certified copy of my divorce paper. I do still only have my copy from the original. I contacted the danish office for 2 month ago to obtain this. They responsed, but still waiting for the paper

Wohoo!! Got my Green Card in the post yesterday!!! 126 days in total, I think from filing AOS to getting the card.

A bientot, USCIS til 2009!!

They spelled my first name with only 1 n in the card, though, Ana instead of Anna. Anyone thinks this could cause problems?
