AOS denied medical mistake

So, I received a denial after submitting an RFE for an expired medical. I didn't know that one of my vaccination (Tdap) was expiring when I submitted it, my civil surgeon never mentioned anything. I had it done back in May 2017 at CVS. But Tdap supposed to last for 10 years, correct? but on the cvs record it says it expires in 2 years. So, I got denied based on that. So devastating. What should I do? Can I file for a motion to reopen since this is such a small, honest mistake?

I don't wanna start all over and wait for 2 years again just like what I did... and going through interview again. I'm so depressed. Please suggest :(

Motion to reopen won’t work. You have to start a new AOS.

I'm confused, you received an RFE for an expired medical? What did you submit in response to the RFE?

It is worded weirdly. The way I am reading he got an RFE because his medical was expiring. He did a different one and submitted it, but civil surgeon didn't notice that Tdap vaccination was too old which lead to denial.

The Tdap wasn’t too old. I got the vaccine back in 2017 and the doctor and the pharmacist said Tdap lasts for 10 years. But on the paperwork, next to the date I received my Tdap. There is an expiration date that says “Expires on 05/18/2019” They might have confused it for the Tdap expiration but that was actually the expiration of the vial bottle.

FYI, my denied green card application was reopened and approved after 20 days of them receiving it!
