Hi!

I had my interview a week ago and I was told to check for my status 2 business days after. CEAC website doesn't seem to be working for me so I send emails to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com and I am still getting a "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted." message.

Help please?

What exactly happens when you try to check your status in CEAC? In other words, what do you mean by "doesn't seem to be working"? Does the page not load?

Means this as it seems to not be working

Important Notice:
Technical specialists are continuing to work on the Department of State's consular systems. While most applicants are now able to access this site, those who are still having difficulty should wait at least 24 hours before trying again and visit http://nvc.state.gov/ for instructions. We expect there could be heavy traffic on CEAC over the next several days as applicants attempt to submit their forms and pay their fees online. Thank you for your patience as the Department continues to resolve recent technical problems with our consular systems.

This will not change until after your CEAC has changed to issued.  It will change to "in transit from post" or something similar. This means Elvis has left the building and it is time to start checking your phone for the delivery SMS from 2Go....Good Luck...

Thanks alot, but it confused me because that on AFTERSHIP  it says "In Transit" and on ustraveldocs there is No status .

Aftership can see it once the delivery ticket is generated and the package is being prepared.  Usatraveldocs not until it leaves the building

Our Aftership still says in Transit and 2GO only updated after she already had the visa))))) The best bet is just keep checking your phone for the SMS...

@panda0506 and/or @ChaCha21 is there any update on your status? Just curious because my fiancé had his interview a couple of days ago, CEAC status showed AP and changed from Immigrant to Non-Immigrant same day as interview. When I check UStraveldocs, everything is blank except for appointment history and 2GO Aftership shows status In Transit. I'm metaphorically biting my nails at this point.lol

Oh I'm sorry to hear, I'm sure it's on it's way. But yeah, best to call. Thanks for responding, at least this gives me a general idea as to when my fiancé will get his passport.

Good luck and safe travels soon! :)

I received my passport 3days ago june 4,. My interview date was MAY 23 and i was IMMIGRANT for 4days  that was MAY 26 and upon checking it just loading and nothing will come out on my screen so i tried  to check my status on NON-IMMIGRANT (MAY 27) and i got in  but it says still AP. and MAY 30 i got issued status. and wait JUNE 3 that was MONDAY and tried checking my ustraveldocs and i was happy because  it says "passport was received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery"  and the same day i tried checking 2go and it says at 8:44am is on forwarded (IN TRANSIT). And 2go deliveryman  was so nice When his looking for my address he tried to call my phone number if im at home and JUNE 4 around 9am i got my passport w/ visa and the yellow packet. well i guess i dont suggest AFTERSHIP..  Lol me i was crazy keep checking my status like everyday, everyhours and minutes to see if theres a changes hahaha.

My CFO-GCP is on june 7. And i will be leaving on JUNE 10. guys just be patients for everything and god is good .thank you sorry for late response.
