What does the appointment confirmation for the K1 visa look like? Is it the email they sent? Do they send a letter to the beneficiary?

Thanks

When you book the appointment you print it

YMMV

For me I printed it directly from the website through which I booked the appointment.

It has yout info (appointment time, name, type of visa etc) on it and a barcode at the bottom that they scan when you show up for the interview

When I was done scheduling the interview they sent me an email with the information but no barcode? Is this the appointment confirmation email that I'm supposed to print and take to interview?

The visa appointment email message that my wife and stepson (beneficiaries) received from the Guangzhou consulate back in 2012, states their name, case file number, the date and time of the appointment, in English and Mandarin....no bar code.

The email was sent to me (petitioner) and them, about a two page message, due to the fact that we provided our respective email addresses on the visa application form. The email message also contained some housekeeping info, i.e., the GUZ IV unit would not be sending out the packet 4, print and bring this letter with you to the appointment, etc.... Pretty straightforward.

Agree with a prior message, Google can indeed be your friend, you can likely find an example of the message from the Ciudad Juarez consulate though a simple search.

Have you reviewed the VJ consulate information  page for the consulate: https://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Mexico&cty=Juarez ?Looks like it has some good info.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
