Are my documents good as long as they are no more than 4 months old? I’m in the Philippines right now. I’ll be eating Lumpia tonight, my personal favorite!! 😋 and drinking and signing karaoke with her family 😀 🎤 good times to be had tonight!!

You'll be fine.    I-134 is the only document you provide with a date on it, if nothing has changed all should be good.   If it worries you complete a new one, print it out and sign it.  ;)  :)

Documents to not have more than 6 months old would be the NBI and CENOMAR as Boris noted.
