It probably doesn't matter. When we sent our ROC package in to the Arizona address, we used USPS priority mail, with return receipt requested.

I'm a big fan of the USPS. Have used them for shipping all over the world, and they have never lost a package. I've had to file many claims with FedEx and UPS, and they are usually more expensive. The good old USPS has always been good to me, or I have just been extremely lucky.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. Doesn't really matter you can use Fedex, UPS, USPS. They only difference is prices. You can choose which works for you. I used Fedex because they were open late USPS closed before I could get to them.
