K1 financial requirements for interview

Hi to evryone,

 i just want to seek for advice especially for those people who had experienced the k1 visa interview here in Singapore. Im going for interview by next month but my fiance changed his job and now he is just part time and didnt even reached the minimum requirements. His bestfriend is willing to be a joint sponsor but is it possible they will allow me to pass right away the form i-864 here in the embassy? Im just scared they will deny me during the interview due to my fiance current salary

I would get a joint sponsor (if Singapore allows it)...........The I-134 is used for K-1 interviews, not the I-864.

Yea use a co-sponsor. Your fiance regardless will always be your primary sponsor. And as mentioned, I-134 if used for the K-1 interview, I-864 is for the AOS phase later in the US.

Packet 3 specifically says use i134... As it's still k1 stage.. Goodluck

Yes we will use form i-134 first but will they deny me right away if ever the income of my fiance is not enough right now? Last year income tax is ok but the current job now is the problem.. he is not earning that much

Most likely they will give you a 221g requesting you fix the ineligiblility

Current and future income or assets of the sponsor/joint sponsor must be acceptable to the Consulate Officer.  Applicants usually receive a 221g instead of an outright denial.
