Hi everyone. I have two questions. Do I have to pay for the EAD  form I-765 if I apply together with I-485? I am getting very conflicting information all over.  Ps I don’t want to apply for AP at the moment.

Qs 2 I am applying together with my three k2s. Do I need a separate cheque for each application or do I do one cheque. We are sending everything as one package. Thanks and forgive me if this has been asked before.

EAD is fee waived with i485.  AP is also fee waived with the i485

I strongly suggest filing the I-131 also........Numerous posters didn't....but regretted it later.

Thank you. In that case I will reconsider especially if it won’t cost me anything extra

Thank you. That’s a relief considering there are four of us.

Have a forms party, get them all done now. Many folks only do one or two, only to regret it later. For details,  refer to Special Instructions tab, on the pull down menu for the USCIS form linked below:

https://www.uscis.gov/i-485

We filled out, and submitted, at least 6 or more forms each, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-693, I-864, G-1145, G-325A,  for my wife and step-son when we were doing AOS processing. I wrote one check, it was $2140 for both at that time, though I made sure to reference it in each of their packet cover letters. I guess that you could also write several checks.

YMMV.

Good luck.
