So I discovered that the USCIS app isn’t working, thus no updates. I went to the website and checked the case and noted that my mom’s card was mailed on 8/16/19. Will let you guys know when it’s received. Happy Sunday.

03/25/2009 - Touched. EAD approval sent
03/27/2009 - EAD card received in the mail; applied for SS# immediately (office is across the street from my home)
04/02/2009 - Received SS# in the mail
04/29/2009 - Interviewed. I- 130 approved, I-485 pending IO's review
05/05/2009 - Received NOA2. Welcome letter for Permanent Residency. I-130 and I-485 approved 04/30/2009
05/08/2009 - Touched. I-485 approval letter sent
05/11/2009 - GC received in the mail. Expires 2019
05/11/2009 - Applied to remove restrictions on my SS Card
05/18/2009 - Received unrestricted SS card
10/13/2009 - My darling husband of 2 yrs 5 months 3 weeks 3 days passed away :(

Mom’s Green Card received. From priority date to approval is 4 months 10 days. All the best guys.

04/26/19: Biometrics date 5/2/19 in NY - mom did a walk in in Florida on 4/26/19 (completed)

04/26/19: Received RFE for most recent tax document

04/26/19: RFE mailed

05/01/19: Touched: RFE received by USCIS

06/27/19: Received REF for mom's medical

07/14/19: Medical mailed

07/18/19: Mail delivered to 26 Federal Plaza NY

08/17/19: Received approval notices/Welcome letter for I-130 and I-485. Awaiting green card (to be received within 3 weeks as per letter)

08/21/19: Green card received in mail

Noa 2 Aug 16 , 2019 (Father's NOA 2)

Noa2 September 5, 2019 (Mother's Noa 2)

It has been a while. We got the notice of approval last month. 

Texas Service Center

NOA 1: 04/03/2019

NOA1 received in mail: 04/10/2019

NOA2 : 09/16/2019

Now waiting for transfer to NVC.

Today 4/21/2021... I FINALLY RECEIVED MY MOTHER'S APPOINTMENT LETTER!!!!

 

If you are like me, waiting for months from NVC to schedule the appointment, please go their website and fill-out the Public Inquiry Form, ask for what is the status and they schedule you that appointment few days after!

OMGosh I'm going to try that. I started this journey since February of 2019 and already completed NVC but no interview date yet.
