K1 Visa and supporting documents...basic prep questions...

I am just starting the K1 process and I am currently filling out my I-29F form.  A couple of questions for all of you:

1.  Under the question in the I-29F form regarding the beneficiary's latest visit to the US and putting down the I-94 number that correlates with the visit.  My question is do I need to attach as supporting evidence the I-94 of the beneficiary?

2.  If one of the parents is deceased, is writing deceased under their names and birthdate and place appropriate?  I can't imagine leaving it blank is appropriate....

3.  Is it ok have different dates on the letters of intent or anything that requires an original signature from the beneficiary?

Like I said, I'm literally just starting the process so I hope these questions make sense.

Thanks for any help.

I don't know if it is advisable, but in each section where it asked for the parent's "Residence", I wrote 'Deceased'.

Only thing that requires original signature is the signature on the petition form itself

YMMV

The I-94 number should be included JUST IF the beneficiary is in the US at the time of filing/filling the form. If not, leave it blank, but you can include a copy of the I-94 as evidence of meeting in person.

In the case of the parents, as you were already advised, you can type "Deceased" on the address/residence field.

The letters of intent can have different dates, especially if you weren't together when writing them. As stated above, those do not need a "wet"/original signature.

But what if my beneficiary is here with me at the time of filing and was not issued an I-94 number?

Her most recent I-94 record shows she was last here in February.  She has been here to visit since that date.

If your fiancee is with you at the time of filing, then you must type the number on the form from the I-94 issued during her most recent entry.
