Will death threads be enough evidence to  expedited  I-130! My wife is getting death threads from her family. And we’re both very worried about her safety! We don’t have many proof. But she has a police report, and a few chat logs from her family threatening to kill her over text messages. Cause they found out we got married without them know, and they don’t approve of our marriage.

Since im the petitioner for my wife, and we’re still at the beginning of this process. We wanted to know if this, is enough of a good reason to have a expedite on our case.  USCIS won’t give me a yes or a no. They just tell me to turn in my request ion a wait a few days to see if it gets a approval. I’m very  concerned of her safety, but we don’t wanna mess our processing time for our case. Now if we get  denied for a request, to get an expedite. Will our case time be reset, like are waiting time be reset or anything happen. Or will be still be in the same stop as now!

We filed we a i-130 married visa for her to come to American. Our N1 is feb 20th 2019. We’re still waiting...

I am sorry but death threats to your wife are not grounds for an expedite, she can go live with other relatives that are not causing an issue, she can report it to the police but unfortunately it isn't grounds to expedite.

you are welcome to try it turn in any evidence you have, it will not reset your time, and it will not hurt your case.

They won’t guarantee anything over the phone. You have to submit a formal request for expedite in writing with any evidence that you have. From what you have said, it doesn’t sound like grounds for expedite but it doesn’t harm or cost anything to try. If the expedite is refused, it won’t have any detrimental effect on your case. It will continued to proceed as normal.
