Not cutting exactly straight for passport photos a cause for rejection?

On my fiancee's passport photo I ordered them from epassportphoto and had to cut then. I couldn't cut exactly straight if I look really really close but I lined it up as much as possible with my passport photo from Walgreens. Is something like that a cause for rejection in USCIS? How strict are they on have a perfect square cut?

They won't reject it, if they don't like it they will request another

YMMV

As long as its the proper size and clearly shows the face with the proper background you'll be good.

Sounds like your application is in great shape then! I wouldn't worry too much about photo not being perfect.
