February NOA2 filers

NOA2 was approved in February.  Two weeks ago, I called NVC and was told they received my case on 3/18 and provided me the case number.  Was told to keep on calling back to check the status.  I tried calling several times and couldn't get through.  Kept on getting the automated voice system and then it hung me up.  Anyone having this same problem?

I am not sure about the calling in but when I received my NOA2 I waited 5 weeks for them to send me my information from NVC. I received my information by email instead of postal mail so also check both.

Hi.  Have you tried calling 603-334-0888.  You can call as early as 7:00 am & as late as midnight.  They have two phone numbers, however I think to get a live person, the one I just provided would be the better one.  Good luck.

Uhm my NOA2 was approved on 21 feb 2019 we didn’t call nvc whatsoever to bug them because we are planning to delay it for a few months at nvc stage anyways.

I think NVC consistently does send out case and invoice number within 6-8weeks so don’t worry unless it’s after 8weeks.

I received my email 4 April 2019 from NVC with case and invoice number.
