Picked up passports this afternoon and checked both visas. My K1 looks OK with Issue Date 03/22/2019 whereas my son's K2 made me uncomfortable. It has an Annotation part below which refers to me as the Principal Applicant and my K1 issued 21MAR2019. I wonder is it a noteworthy  discrepancy or is the 'K1 Issued' date in K2 Annotation just a technical entry. Thank you

Contacted the Embassy, they were so kind to respond with an email next day that indeed, this date in annotation part is technically a visa approval date, not actually visa sticker date, which is correct in my case and there is no discrepancy. Even more, this situation they remarked, will have no effect on K2's eligibility at the POE. Kiev Embassy is simply the best in terms of service
