Yes I told him and he his now seriously searching for a job and they are not helping him out to get it .

Yes, they point a gun at him.  Instead of leaving, he stays and is looking for a job.  Wow.

Have you told him to leave?  Have you told him to contact the police that they pointed a gun at him?

Yes I did told him , he said he call them the police but couldn't be able to describe the location properly for them to come over there , and he don't want his wife and her parents to know about since the police didn't know the exact place to come for him , the problem is , he can't speak good English.

So what are you asking about on here?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

If he called the police on a landline, they can locate him.  Cell phones have GPS so he can send his location.

Lots of excuses.  But hey, hang out looking for a job when people are pointing a gun at you.  Great idea.

What do you want us to tell you?
