100% or 125% above poverty line?

 I found this tonight doing a random search. If a K-1 visa does the A-135 financial support form, is this saying that you only have to meet the 100% guideline of poverty? I had always thought it was you had to be at 125% above. Read it and see what you think

for the visa you just need 100%  but when you AOS you need to have 125%

COs from some countries want to see at least 125% anyway. The I-134 is only a tool to help the CO address the public charge issue, unlike the I-864 where there is a mandatory requirement.

I'm pretty sure I have to supply the I-134,  when I do my K-1, petition. Or at least supply it for her. I'm just not sure if it is 100% or 125% now after reading this.

I'm not sure what an A-130 is...?

If you meant I-130...then this is never used for a fiance/fiancee.

 

If doing a K-1, then an I-134 should be ready for the embassy interview (it's not provided with the I-129F or any point sooner than the interview).

After entry on the K-1 visa, you would marry within 90 days then file an I-485 for AOS. This requires an I-864.

The I-134 is only required at the interview not when you submit the K-1 petition/application. She will need a copy at the interview and USEM does except a "copy" and your not required to present an original I-134. USEM only requires 100% and AOS requires 125%. They will use the following items to determine your ability to provide for your family members.

 

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form (https://www.uscis.gov/i-134) K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions – English (February 2014)  Page 3 of 9 with an original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax transcripts and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Hey guys. My fiance is worrying about the I-134 affidavit of support for her interview. She keeps on asking me for 3 months of my pay stubbs when I've already given her 3 years of w-2, 1040, and irs transcripts. Along with that I've given her my bank statements as well as my employment certificate. I make over 200 percent of the poverty guideline for 4 people and still, she ask me for my bank stubbs. Is what I stated enough or is she right?

You have given enough.  Sounds like there is some girl talk going on along the way. See my post above for what typically is asked for and use your embassy P3 letter for specific requirements.
