Probably 1-2 months before the petition is on station and eligible to interview.  After that it all depends on the consulate as far as available interview slots, etc...

YMMV

Your timeline looks odd. Noa1 and Noa2 have the same date, which is impossible. Could you please be more specific? Did you get Noa2?

(presumably) your petition has been approved (though as per above, your timeline seems to be incorrect).

That lets your fiance(e) file a visa application. Your fiance(e)'s visa application won't be approved until after his or her interview.

Currently VJ average is 49 days to get through NVC (27 from NOA2 to NVC received, 17 from NVC received to In Transit, 7 from  In Transit to Ready at the embassy/consulate).

VJ average for timelines from your country is 33 days from received at the embassy/consulate to interview.

VJ doesn't keep stats for how long it takes from interview to visa in hand; could be days, weeks, or longer.

It's strongly recommended to not get non-refundable plane tickets or make non-refundable wedding plans prior to your fiance(e) having his or her visa in hand (making sure there are no errors, and the sealed envelope is undamaged) because it's not really possible to predict how long it will take the beneficiary to actually get his or her visa.

After that, it's just how long will it take him or her to pack things up and get ready to go, and how long will it take to make travel arrangements.

So odds are 3-4 around months more, but it could be longer.
