Hi all,

Anyone out there knows if Senegal Police certificate can be obtained by proxy?

I need to know so I can assign someone to obtain it on my behalf instead of going there myself and save cost of travel.

If anyone has knowledge of this, please let me know.

Thank you.

Yes, it's possible. If you are Senegalese citizen you have to provide a copy of your ID card plus the name of your father and mother, your marital status.

For the foreigners living in Senegal they don't need to be their in person but I don't know which document they provide.

It takes 24 hours and the cost is less than $1 per copy.

Good luck

Thank you so much for your response.

Now, I will love to know which documents to provide to make it happen. I am a Nigerian.

If anyone else has info on this, please respond.

You will need the Police certificate for everywhere you have lived in the past 10 years, everywhere meaning, every country. I hope this helps answer your question. Wish you well on your journey.

Yes, I know. Thank you.

But my question was if it was possible to obtain one from Senegal without going there in person. That is, if it is possible for someone to obtain it on my behalf.

Ask this question on the Senegal portal. Much easier.
