I called the USCIS line and was given a reference number and special notice for 30 days. Please is anybody having the same issue? Or should I be concern? Please help on who to reach out to

There is a thread for people who filed RoC in January 2019 if you search for it (I don’t know how to link it here).

Seems like a common issue due to a USCIS system glitch for early January filers.
