St. Lukes Medical Tetanus Shot

Roxan passed the physical fine but they ran out of Tetanus shots. No one who had immunizations that day got the shot. The gave her a ticket or whatever to come back. They even said that she could have the interview without it. I smell a cluster**** in the making. Does anybody have any insight into this?

It's happened before. You just return when they have the vaccine and she gets the vaccination and out the door she goes. Having the interview without the medical is done all the time. Once the vaccination is complete they will send over the completed medical and the CO will complete the adjudication of your case. Might delay 2 weeks.

But they already gave her the brown envelope)))) Also, that is two weeks more that she has to stay in Manila. It's good that her brother lives in the metro area...Blah...

If she has the envelope the CO will review it and at the interview they will give her the options. We have seen some that are approved with the record noted to have the shot completed in the US. But that opens another possible delay but only in the US. I won't go into the details (as it is for when she arrives in the US and you begin to file the AOS) until you have the interview and find out what they are going to allow. It's not lot to worry about just a little more time consuming but she will be in the US where you can fix if needed. So lets concentrate on the interview results. Your doing fine.

Nope.  No cluster****s  or otherwise

If your fiancee does not get the shot before the interview or even before flying to the USA it is not a big deal.

She can get the shot once in the USA also (of course you will pay for that one ;)  )
