Spousal visa - Brazil, fee processing time

Hi,

 

I am going through the K-3 process for my husband. Our petition was approved by the NVC and we have a case number. Two weeks ago, I paid the pending fees and they have still not been processed (although the money has been taken out of my bank account). If anyone could tell me if this is normal or not, I would appreciate it! Does anyone know where can I find a guidline of the steps I should follow for this process?

You have to contact NVC IT department and let them know. It’s should only take 2-3 business days to show paid.

K3 is pretty much obsoleted the I-130 will be approved and the K3 will be canceled.

I had money taken out of my account and it still said unpaid, so I had to find out to I think its just normal
