Is the i129-f being processed faster now? I feel like people having been waiting less for the NOA2

Compared to mid-2017 to mid-2018, I-129F NOA1 to NOA2 times at the California Service Center, as reported by VJ users, have gone down considerably.

(only pay attention to the CSC line; only cases involving criminal records and waivers go to Vermont, and anyone whose timeline shows TSC has confused the Dallas Lockbox with the Texas Service Center, which used to handle some K-1s, but doesn't anymore -- though enough people do this that it basically looks like the CSC trend line)

People aren't filling I-129F during the colder winter months(Nov-march) people aren't vacationing much so they have room to clear up their queue. try filling after spring break or any of the months during the summer and the usual 6 months wait time will apply
