Hi, my girlfriend is from Philippines but she’s working in Taiwan and we decided to work on Fiancé Visa in Taiwan so my question is if anyone knows good immigration attorney for recommendation and also do we need attorney in Taiwan or should we take attorney here in USA? Thank you!

If you choose to use a attorney then it will have to be US based. But why do you want to use a attorney?

You do not need an attorney if you have a straight forward case and they certainly do not make it go faster or easier.

@DrazenkoAttorneys usually charge thousands of dollars for filling out this easy paperwork with your basic information such as address, date of birth, etc.

Why do you want to pay for something very easy if you can do it yourself?

Unless you are very rich and don't have time for this.

You can do this yourself. It's very easy and with the wealth of knowledge on VJ it's just like having a entire company of lawyers. :D

Can you update your profile so that the country you will process through will be reflected properly. That way we can answer country specific questions without having to do a lot of research. Thanks.
