Are you part of any lawsuits? Like jacobVbiden?

if not you have to wait till the ban is lifted and it does not look like the ban is going anywhere but extended again in the name of covid and job security..

Trump extended the ban until March 31, 2021.  Biden will not extend it.

Did Biden revert the ban?

There are many Lawsuits in court you should se govt. defending the bans then you will say they have no intention of lifting this ban

Hello, just giving you guys an update.

My PD is 25 July 2019, and we were approved yesterday. Our case was moved from Vermont to Texas at some point between Nov/20 and now. When I did my regular call to check, they informed me about this and we open an out of processing time, since Texas was way far ahead of our PD. The inquiry response came together with the approval notice. I don't think it's a coincidence.

Funny thing is that the inquiry answer came from Vermont.

Good luck for everybody!

Hi folks,

I am new here, and I have a question.

My husband filed I 130 for me, our PD 15 august 2019, and we received NOA1 on August 20 with IOE#.

But from that day, we have not yet heard from USCIS ever. Is it normal? Does anyone have the same case?

Go to uscis website and file out of processing times. They will look into it for you. Do Asap
