Can anybody advise me please ?

Thanks in advance

Chat with them or call them and ask them where exactly your case is.

There are some posts if you scroll up which say they were in CSC and have been approved for late August and mid September 2019 from CSC

My PD is 25 Sept 2019. No approval. Case seems to be in Texas SC while I had impression CSC had my case. I contacted senator's office and now they are contacting USCIS.

We got email from USCIS about change of our address and i found that the service centre mentioned on email is Vermont service centre .

I think my case is at Vermont service centre .

Its so confusing, they are not even picking the calls now .

Was that email about address change in response to your "out of normal processing time" inquiry? If yes, I had same issue and I got reply from Texas. They told me my case is in Texas. It indeed is confusing.

Look at the post above by Paul & Mary, and try contacting ombudsman if that helps. I didn't know that so I directly contacted senator of my state.

Till now, the senator's office has emailed me and asked details and have assigned an officer to help me. So, I am hopeful of some response -- at this point even wait some more is very good response. If I don't hear back anything from them, I'll send the "out of normal time" inquiry again next month and contact ombudsman.

No no , I changed my address and i update my new address with USCIS , then got a email saying that your address is updated , in that e mail the service centre mentioned was Vermont service centre but when I filed last year , i got reciept notice from California service centre .

Now i am assuming that they transferred the case from California to Vermont service centre.

Does anyone know, how you can send "outside normal processing time" request to a particular service center?

I received a call from Tire 2 - USCIS officer today. Below is our conversation:

Me: My service request for "outside normal processing time" received reply that my address was updated.

USCIS officer: You sent the service request to Nebraska Service Center while your case is in Texas Service Center. Wait for 30 days and resend the request.

Me: I used the online form and there was no way to indicate which service center to request.

USICS officer: No there should be a drop down menu to select what service center you want to request service from.

Me: Regardless, the response come from Texas service center -- that means my service request was replied by someone in TSC

USCIS officer: I see that, I don't know how they replied to a request in NSC. Because they replied you about address change, wait for one month and make sure it goes to Texas service center. Your case is outside normal time so they will look into it.

Me: How do I send it to TSC? There is no way I can choose it online.

USCIS officer: When you send it online, there is a dropdown menu to select the service center.

Me: *** thinking to myself --- ####### is this guy even talking about ?? I have tried it few times. 🙄 ***

How on earth can someone send request to particular service center?

I am an LPR from Pakistan. I filed an I-130 for spouse on 18Nov2019. I have still not heard anything back from USCIS. Has anyone else filed around that time and heard anything back?
