Got there at 9am as instructed. Vaccinations at 11am. They did not give the package to her till 3pm.  Very crowded, Very Slow, Very Frustrating.

Yes.   unless SPUTUM or DOT those files are delivered

Then her flight back to Davao delayed too. Just landed about 45 mins ago
