I received an i-797, stating that my i-129f has been approved!

Can anyone help me and/or provide some links about what are the next steps my fiancee and I should take towards getting the K1 Visa?
 

The notice says the i-797 is valid until 05/20/2019 and also states that it will take 2-4 weeks (though I read/heard it often takes 30-40 days) for NVC processing to be complete. After completion, the NVC will send the approved petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where my fiancee lives.

 

As I understand, now if the time for me to fill out a i-134 (affidavit of support), and if necessary, an I-864 (co-sponsor/joint-sponsor) - Is that correct?
 

Also, what other steps is it now time to take? Is it time for my fiancee (the beneficiary) to have documents translated (if so, which docs and from what organization must they be translated)? Does she now need to have her health examination, and what are the parameters of that?

Any help you might have time to offer would be IMMENSELY appreciated!!!

Check that the beneficiary has proof of getting the required vaccines, they can also be administered at the visa medical.

 What month and day did you submit your petition? Mine has been submitted since July 23 of 2018 and there is been no action taken at this time.  I would also ask at which service center was your 129F processed? Mine is with California

The Lewisville, TX lockbox (where K-1s are submitted) is not the Texas Service Center.

All it does for K-1s is manage intake and sends them on to California (some cases involving waivers or criminal records are forwarded on to Vermont, but virtually all K-1s are processed in California and have #s starting with WAC).
