Hello VJ members,

I sent my I751 package on 11 Jan and then delivered on Jan, 14 got text message from USCIS on Jan17,2019. I am trying to add receipt no on paper base file to check status of my case but instead i got this There was an error syncing your case. Try again in a few minutes.

 

Did anyone experience that? If so, how did they fix that?

Get that constantly too. Filed my case over a year ago. No fix that I am aware of.

It did work for me earlier in my new email address. I forgot my older email address password which I was able to retrieve it yesterday and I wanted to add receipt no in my older email so that I can keep track of any changes on my case automatically instead of checking back and forth through website.

Now that I have deleted receipt no entry in new email address , I cant keep track of my case in both of the email address. got this syncronized error message.

Wonder if that happened to others as well?

We've also had that error.  Told us to try again later.  We've tried it 3 times now without success.  Very open to any ideas anyone has!

Nov 8, 2016: NVC Received

Nov 16, 2016: Case Number Assigned

Nov 18, 2016: DS-261 submitted and AOS fee paid

Dec 5, 2016: NVC Scan Date

Dec 6, 2016: NVC 3 N/A and Case Complete on Phone [1 day later!]

Dec 13, 2016: NVC CC e-mail

Jan 23, 2017: Interview...Approved!

 

Removing Conditions

Nov 2, 2018: Sent I-751 to Arizona Lockbox 

March 3, 2020: Approved by CSC

 

N-400

Feb 2, 2020: File N-400 online

I I would suggest you to contact USCIS and message them about the problem which I did it on weekend and today they called me to check if its working. Luckily for me, It get fixed by itself
