When did you receive welcome email from NVC? I am F3 so trying to understand how long it takes from welcome email to case documentary qualified. Thanks

I received first e-mail from NVC on Oct 24th 2018. I requested to change my interview location and I received from NVC e-mail for Montreal location Nov 20th-2018. Thanks
