No they don’t drug test you.

You are required to answer truthfully to questions regarding drug and alcohol use. Based on those answers, drug testing may happen.

This is a misleading statement. All drugs, including marijuana, are still illegal at a federal level. Immigration is a federal process. Therefore, marijuana is still an illegal drug in the eyes of immigration.

 

Beneficiaries still get banned for marijuana use to this day.

They don’t drug test at visa medicals
