I would focus only on your trips from the last 2 years because that's what they're asking for. You could make a note that you met two years previously, and how you met (that it wasn't a marriage broker). I would include his I-94 which would show his trips for the first 2 years, but no further details. I liked including a few photos, but I think that was for my own piece of mind, probably not necessary.

Okay thank you. What is an I94?

i would like to include photos as well for the same reason. How many photos did you include?

So how would you suggest I show the photos were taken on a certain date?

That's the problem,  you can't.   Particularly  with programs such as photoshop,  pics are subject to manipulation and the uscis understands that.  That us why photos are secondary evidence.   You need quality primary evidence

YMMV

I believe I have quality primary evidence with almost four years of passport stamps, flights, and visas.

i am submitting photos as secondary evidence, and am stating that in the packet. I do not want any question about that quality or realness of my relationship with fiancé.

Uscis does not adjudicate quality and realness of your relationship it is not a  part of the petition but later on at the interview

I know. But for my own peace of mind, I am going to include photos.

Thank you for your help. I’m sure I’ll have a million more posts as i go through this.

You can submit photos but the primary evidence needs to tell the complete story.

In my situation, I am a multiple previous filer,  significant age difference and recent divorce.   I only requested a waiver for multiple filings because that was the only thing of the three that they adjudicated.   We have a lot of evidence for the other items to address any questions the consulate may have.   Interview is in two days.

1-94 https://www.uscis.gov/I-94information

It's a free form to get. You really just need passport information. It's a documented record of your beneficiary's arrivals/departures to the US.

I included a few photos for each of our trips along with the primary evidence (passport scans, flight tickets, etc). For example we had tickets to see The Lion King on west end so I included a scan of the tickets (which dates corresponded to the flight) and a photo of us that we took in front of the theater. I liked that it placed us both in a known location. A few photos like that is what I focused on.

Met at a bar: 03/17/17

Engaged: 07/27/18

Filed I129f: 08/06/18

NOA1: 08/13/18

NOA2: 01/09/19

case shipped: 02/05/19

case received: 02/16/19

P3 letter: 02/16/19

Medical: 02/15/19

Interview: 03/05/19 - Approved

Visa received: 03/15/19

US entry (Chicago): 06/13/19

Marriage: 08/17/19

Okay thank you! His passport just expired and he’s sent it off already to get a new one, but we got copies of his stamps and visas into the US. So I’m not sure how successful that form would be, but I will definitely look into it, thank you!
