@Greenbaum, so is it ok to wait till July 2nd week to enter US ? His medical was on 2/13 so is valid till August right ? Also now that we got the visa is medical expiry a problem ?

Q1 Yes

Q2 Yes

Q3 Yes but only for AOS. Med for that is one year. So you have to file your AOS by 2/13/20.

I definitely recommend a congressional inquiry for the folks that have not yet tried that route--ours moved at lightening speed(relatively) after that and I don't think it was coincidental at all.Good luck to the folks that are waiting!

Cuba as a communist country is unpredictable ... everything is based on money ..... money to obtain them ... money to certify them ... send them to US and I will make certified translations and send them to ... but we are going half way ... thanks for answering ..... with Cuba everything is very difficult
