Medical is valid for 6 months and PCC is 1 year from issue date.

Medical is six months all embassies. PCC is either 6 months, or if you have never returned to that country or its based on embassy requirements. For local pcc check with your embassy or others who are knowledgeable.

Moving on to week 3 since we submitted passport. From previous members posts it seems like the max time consulate have taken to issue visa after receiving passport is like 10-15 days. Wonder what’s happening this time around . When would be the best time to seek a congressman enquiry? Interview was on March 7th & it says most AP gets resolved in 60 days. So after 60 days if nothing happens can I see if a congressman could help find out the reason for delay ? I know patience is the key & 3 weeks is not that long . But when going thru it 3weeks feels like eternity 😥

This is my Day of 60 from submission of documents n still I didn't get anything should I get take help from Congress man?

@Rahul thakur, I’m not sure how much they can help with AP . From what I hve read once it’s in AP congressmen cannot do much either. What’s ur status showing ? Hve u submitted ur passport too ?

Even though that’s what all the articles I read said , I think it’s worth giving it a try now that you hve passed 60 day mark .

No I didn't submitted passport yet that's why I m waiting for their email
