What was your status when you were in the US and when did you leave?

How old are your boys.

A  US Citizen can sponsor a married child to immigrate..

When I was there I was illegal, my father tried to adjust my status by I received a letter saying that I was a le to receive my redidence in Colombia but not on Usa so I decides to come and It has been 12 years, in the Ucis Bogotá they punished me for been there, thepunish was for 10 years, they asked me to apply for 2 waivers which the lawyer in usa never did and the time for the documentación expired the same year, case was closed on 2006. My Kids in Usa are 14 and 15 years old

Well the 15 year old can sponsor you in 6 years.

I would look to see if you can resurrect your Father's old petition, theoretically should not expire.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
