Applied for N-400 and my GC Is expiring

Hi

It has been a while since i have been here.

I applied for citizenship in September 18 (exactly six months to expiry) and my GC expires towardsthe end of February 19. Georgia won't renew my Drivers license past the end of my green card. so I am in a bit of a dilemma as i need to be able to drive to work. So from the information that i have read i have to either apply to renew my GC (I-90) which won't been even looked at before my GC  expires or try getting a Infopass appointment to get a ADIT Stamp (I-551) in my passport. I have been trying since Oct to get a Infopass appointment here in Atlanta and had no luck ,and i don't really want to pay $540 for something i am probably never get. Also this government shut down is not going to help either, Any suggestions

USCIS will likely not give you an I-551 passport stamp until you have filed an I-90.
