They have to be presented in person at the interview.  I wouldn't email documents like I-134  or anything else that has to be signed.  I would make two copies of everything:  keep one copy and send one copy plus originals to your beneficiary.

NOTE:  I am NOT referring to your passport but definitely if you have a previous marriage etc you need to send an original divorce decree for the consulate to see.  They won't keep any originals.

Only if it is on the consulate document checklist.  Most do NOT require

YMMV

The three we went to all required it.  My bad.

No doubt.  Once it leaves NVC the process goes in 140 different directions with only a few consistencies.

YMMV

No worries.  Documents are like ammo.  All good if you don't need 'em, but god help you if you do.  I was trying to help the OP avoid any immigration counter delays.

Your fiancé needs copies and you need to email some things like w2 and 134 to the embassy also

Hi,

My fiance and I moved to the other city after filing for K1 visa. We sent a mail to Texas SC stating that we changed the address, but unfortunately we have not recieved our second notice even though other people who filed before us has already gotten their NOA2.

Has anyone had that situation before? Do we need to call them? Technically it's not outside the processing time yet, but coming closely to it (about 3 days from now)

Yes it is but thankfully we where approved for the Visa. I only got a couple email from them. But my fiance dealt with them a good bit.
