So we just came back from the interview in Garden City, NY.

We got seated in the office. My wife needed an interpreter, through the speaker the special assigned interpreter helped her.

Well here are the questions we were asked.

1. Your wife's/husband's brother/sister names? What they do?

2. Asked me wife's mother's name...

3. asked my wife, address.

4. When she arrived into the US? But she asked it in a tricky way.

5. She asked her when we got married.

6. All NO questions.

7. Asked where we got married? I said vegas. She said why? I said get away from NY style.

Documents asked...

1. Copy of my passport or birth certificate/naturizalation paper...

2. Proof we live together, I gave them my bank account statement and health insurance statement

3. Marriage photos (she took 2). She asked photos from russia, but we didn't have any really because my wife gave them away in russia.

4. Marriage certificate (certified) - showed and she gave back. And she wanted a photo copy of it.

5. Aked for an employment letter, I didn't have it, instead gave her 5 pay stubs (you need to give 2 montths worth). I think she took that.

6. Doctor's letter from vaccinations. She opened I believe and read it.

7. She didn't ask for my 2006 tax return (I submitted mine for AOS), I Believe they already had it.

8. Both of our passports.
