if you are waiting for interview, how do you know you will need DS5535? 

 

and your wife can submit a request to NVC to have it expedited and give a reason for expedite, NVC sends it off to the embassy they will either approve the expedite or deny it.

im not sure depression is something that they would expedite for, but you can try

 

i wouldnt count on it though

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

He's asking how to avoid getting a DS5535 at the interview. NVC has already approved the expedite.

 

@Frank ben I'm not sure there's anything you can do to avoid getting that dreaded form. It seems they are handed out at random. Some say they target people from specific areas and people that have traveled outside of their home country at some point. But there are plenty others who've been given the form and they don't even fall under that criteria.

No where in OP post did he indicate NVC has already approved expedite just an FYI.

To be clear our  first case denied because lack of evidences the interview was on 2016 before this law and my wife got under deppresion for several days in hospital  and we sent new case with more proofs and we affraud now to get that new form ds3335

there is no way to really know if you will get it or not, what country are you from and have you traveled out of your country at all?
