Planning to file petition for my dad in India. Due to his health condition I also want to invite my sister as caregiver. Not getting any luck what info to get or what documents to add. Need help. Thanks

20-Apr-2010 Mailed RFE (I believe must be Biometrics)

22-Apr-2010 Case Updated

27-Apr-2010 Received Biometrics letter set for May 13

13-May-2010 Biometrics Completed in PHX

11-Jun-2010 Receieved Text at 1:00 AM from USCIS "CASE TOUCHED"

11-Jun-2010 Case Transfered to Local Office, PHX for Interview

There is no visa that would allow your sister to come as your dad's caregiver.  

You're not getting any luck with info because what you want doesn't exist.  

 

If you want your father to immigrate, then you will have to take care of him.  Your sister can not come to the US under any visa to care for him.

With his medical issues you just need to show how you will be funding his care, quotes for medical insurance.

 

No obvious routes for a caregiver., you must be a USC to petition your father so you can also petition your sister but it will be a very long process.

Sorry, no shortcuts for sister as a caregiver. Her pending petition for a sibling visa, assuming you filed back around 2011, is her best available route.

10/30/2017.......... Notice received in mail
