W2 is enough to apply next january?

we meet 3 times in the past 3 years she stay in total 17 weeks, and i was asking just if she can petition with only W2 in january that is all

going to be totally honest now

the # of approved K1 for morocco is going up

but your case is weak

not enough income

she made 3 trips is good but also they will wonder how she could afford to do this and stay 3 months when she didn't make poverty level income

the embassy if u get an interview will ask "why didn't u marry in Morocco?"  that is one of the biggest issues now

even if she has adequate income by the interview date,  the CO probably (as mentioned) ask you to get a cosponsor and by the time u submit the cosponsor papers,  the case will be sent back to the US (as seen many times in casa embassy)   and when this happens, the case is allowed to die

and  you will need to marry and do CR1

this is not sent to discourage but to inform u that she should be asking the hard questions here and think seriously to return and marry in Morocco

she was an TA at the university she been studying at for her Master degree. so we will need a cosponsor ? and thank you

having a master's degree makes a big difference and having not met the poverty level for 3 years as she was in college is not as big an issue now

income should be sufficent with a master's degree but CO can still ask for cosponsor/ this will depend on when u interview and if 2018 tax returns make the income level

we file soon as they have to be in by April 15th so the IRS transcripts will be available when u interview  as it takes almost a year now for K1

still the CO at embassy will question why not marry in Morocco/ this seems to be a big question now

so, yes , knowing these new facts,  K1 is ok to file ASAP

but still marriage and CR1 is better for many reasons including more are approved and it is cheaper in the long run
