Depends on what waiver is needed, usually after the interview.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Do you have a Lawyer?

I 601 and I 212 combo would be filed after the interview.

Which have you filed the I 130?  Because, if so the fee goes with it when you submit it. And you stated wavier but, not which type of wavier. I hope that helps!

No, it's a separate process. My husband is in the UK, and we filed the i130 first, then had the consular interview. That is when they will tell you if he needs a waiver or not. Then you file that separately, but I would recommend using a lawyer.
