Hello Vj people

I just wanted to ask about an idea of evidence, will it be good to include conversations between me and my mother in law. It shows our relationship and sometimes we talk about visits and my husband, i took screenshots from the year we got married until now, i had even since i was in my country under k1, but i know they want evidences since the marriage day. I just  want your opinion will it help as well or not to be one of the evidences!

Thanks!

That is way to much to give them and it is not needed at all. Just concentrate on pictures, financial, insurance, and any joint property documents. Personally I wouldn't want someone seeing that much info about my relationship.

I wouldn't include it unless you had a serious lack of evidence and were in dire need of SOMETHING to give USCIS. Bank statements, credit card statements, utility bills etc are much better and useful.

We don't have a joint bank account, we have joint credit card, and every other evidences we have like rent ,insurance, utility, and the taxes. my husband and i were thinking that  we make a join bank account for each other . I just dont want them to think we just did this for the sake of my ROC, we did not do it before because we never thought about it. we have lots of pictures and we have evidence of traveling to my homes country twice and back together. Lots of pictures with family in my country and here in the states.

I dont know if that sufficient evidences or not.

Sounds like you have plenty, and don't need conversations between you and your mother-in-law.

That kind of thinking is more in line with the initial K1 and AOS, not ROC. What you have right now is more than enough so you don't need to include conversations from family members. But don't be surprised if you are asked about not having a joint bank account.

That is my concern, i dont know if we did the joint bank account now will that help and be ok? Or will be additional problem or rise more questions about why it is not early. We never thought about it, because my husband is the one fully in charge for all our expenses, i never felt the need to ask him to make joint account. I actually have an account with little and he helped me to open it. So i dont know if that will be a problem or RFE

If you're that worried about the bank account situation, just open a joint account now. By the time of your interview (or a RFE), you'll probably have a year's worth (or more) of joint bank statements. I doubt not having a joint account will lead to a RFE though.

So this is exactly what we are planning to do, to have joint account bank. Can i submit that? Even if its one month old?

No reason not to.
