So we got 3 copies Birth certificates and the 2 copies of the CENOMAR at SM Makati, It was about half the price it was online. 

The total came out to 1010p.

Certified copy of original are from PSA  ;)   Copies of those are just fine,  but sometimes viewing the certified copy of original is requested before they will accept a copy .

The Business Center at Sm Makati has a counter for most government departments , you place the order and make the payment there and receive the official documents through the mail or you can pick them up there without going to the actual government branch.

here is an older blog post, its a bit dated as NSO is now PSA, but it is still true that it can be done there.

Ya, you can order any of your PSA documents online, pay at a Serbilis location and they will delivered.
