You need to keep contacting them. You should be emailing 2 or 3 times a week. Let them know your expiration date is coming up or what it us (it will say on your NOA2 letter).

I mailed 2-3 times a week for 5 weeks.

They will extend your deadline out.

All the best from all my heart Simo.

By the way, how much does it cost for the medical checkings and embassy fees? Which doctor is the best?

Once your case shows "Ready" then you email the consulate and request an interview. Include your name, fiancés name, case number and that you're looking to schedule a K1 Fiance Visa interview. I heard they'll email you back within 2 weeks or so but some have heard back the same day that they sent the email.

When they email you back they'll tell you when your appointment is. Attached will be packet 3. Includes a list of doctors to choose from for the medical , your rights and your appointment letter. At that point - just get your papers together. Usually your fiancé gets the police records in a week. Court records same day. Celabecy letter same day. And birth cert in the same day. Once you have them, then dropped them off to be translated. Picked them up in a week. Already you're at 2 weeks for gathering the fiancés paperwork. On top of that make sure your fiancé sends you their documents (I-134, proof of relationship, taxes, pay stubs, letter from employer, updated letter of intent..).

Thank you for your assistance guys.

Well i did attend the interview the 7th of December. The consular gave back my passport and said we need to make further inquiries about y and in couple of days (a week) you will get our final decision. The 10th of December at 9:00 am i got an email from embassy (administration process email address) saying please fill in out the ds 5535 and send it back to us. The the 11th of December the form ds 5535 was there in usa embassy. It has been 5 business days since they got the ds 5535 and i am waiting for their final decision.

The refusal document the consular gave me 221g. He highlighted the section ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW.
